Reef Octopus Metric to Standard PVC Adapter Unions make it really simple and clean to plumb skimmers, pumps, reactors, and other equipment with European metric connections into your system. Each union has two female slip fitting connections, one with a metric side and one with a standard US side. Just insert the respective pipe ends into each side, glue them in place with PVC cement, and you’re set!
These slip/slip unions come in metric plumbing sizes from 15mm up to 40mm, allowing you to easily convert European Metric-sized plumbing to Standard US PVC. Once glued in place, they provide a strong, permanent connection.

I bought this to replace my water box 130.4 return line to convert it to standard plumbing , it worked exactly how I intended it to work the fitting wasn’t tight and looked to be the exact one water box used on the tank originally. (I bought the DN20 model for the return)
Its an extremely tight fit at the flanged part. When i go to mate it up its so tight that i have to spin the whole manifold to seal. Other than that it pits the pipes perfectly and is of a small footprint.
