Acrylic tubes are great for DIY projects. Perfect for making your own Kalk dripper or other 2 part solutions. These tubes are 12" long with a 1/4" outside diameter and will accept 1/4" push connect fittings.
How to cut:
Recommended Method: Using a tube cutter, score the outside of the tube where you want the cut to be. Mark the tube where you want the cut to be and tighten the cutter onto the tube. After spinning around a couple times, tighten the tubing cutter a bit more and repeat these steps until the tube snaps. This method creates a straight and clean cut.
Alternate Method: Using a new razor blade, score the outside of the tube where you want the cut to be. The scoring mark should be about half of the overall thickness of the tube. After scoring completely around the tube, bend the tube at the score line and it should snap easily with a clean break. A little sandpaper can clean up any sharp edges or defects in the break.
