Amoxicillin Antibacterial Extra Strength 500mg - 10 Capsules

Amoxicillin is a synthetic broad spectrum antibiotic medication used to treat different strains of bacteria that can afflict your fish & corals. Amoxicillin is also effective against gram-positive and some gram-negative bacterial pathogens of fish.

Important Note: Antibiotic medications can kill beneficial nitrifying bacteria so it is recommended to add nitrifying bacteria after treatment.

Treatment:

1 Amoxicillin 500mg capsule treats 20 gallons of water.

Treatment lasts 5 days (Note: You only add treatment once, not everyday).

It is recommended to do a water change after the 5 day treatment. 

Please Note: You will need 1 Capsule per 20 gallons of water.

Directions:

• Turn off UV Sterilizer.
• Remove activated carbon and Purigen. GFO and Phosban media can be used as it only removes phosphates.
• Pull apart 1 capsule per 20 gallons of aquarium water and empty contents onto a piece of paper.
• Add contents to a bottle of aquarium water and mix until dissolved.
• Once dissolved, add in high flow area.
• Treatment lasts for 5 days.

Important Note: When treating an entire aquarium always keep a close eye on tank inhabitants for any signs of stress. If any signs of stress are visible, turn on UV sterilizer and add activated carbon to remove medication.
