Returns For New Unopened Products Within 30 Days
We're happy to accept returns of new products in their original packaging within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund. Just give us a call or send us an email, you must receive an RMA number before shipping back your products. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused and sent back.
Returned items must be sent back to us in new and unused condition in the original packaging along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, cables, etc.

Returns For Unused Open Box Products
Hold on to your packaging! If you purchased a product in the last 30 days that's opened but unused, has never seen saltwater and still has all of its original packaging (warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.) we can accept your return and offer store credit or a refund to your original form of payment minus a small 15% restocking fee.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging. Products returned with broken manufacturer seals, damaged or altered packaging, missing packing material, warranty cards, manuals and/or accessories will be treated as an unused but open item.
- Items purchased as new but have been opened and received more than 30 days after the original purchase will be returned to you free of charge.
- Items that show any sign of exposure to water or use, returned with damaged or altered packaging or missing packing material including warranty cards, manuals and accessories are not eligible for return and will be returned to you free of charge.
- All items sold under clearance, blowout, or liquidation are final and not eligible for return.

Easymasstick is an all-natural, marine-based stick-on food formulated for omnivorous fish and invertebrates and made entirely from wild-harvested marine ingredients. There are no terrestrial fillers, attractants, or artificial preservatives. It is ready to use with no preparation. Stick it to the walls of the aquarium, rocks, or other hard surfaces.

How Does Easy Masstick Work?
It’s simple! Open the jar, take out the amount you’d like to feed, and knead it with your fingers. Then, attach it to your aquarium glass or rocks; any surface works. We suggest placing it in several spots within your tank so that all fish, including the less aggressive ones, can access the food. That's all! Relax and watch your fish nibble at it, just like they do in the wild. It’s a joy to see your fish feeding naturally. Plus, Easymasstick remains attached for hours, allowing fish to come and go freely to eat as much or as little as they wish. This flexible feeding method, unique to the Masstick line, ensures the food remains available for hours rather than being eaten all at once.
Mix Easymasstick with Other Foods, Vitamins, and Medications
Easymasstick can be combined with mollusks, crustaceans, fish eggs, artemia, mysids, copepods, and rotifers. Besides mixing with other foods, you can enhance its nutritional content by adding liquid vitamin supplements. If you need to treat a sick fish, simply mix the prescribed dose of oral medication into Easymasstick to ensure proper ingestion and digestion.

Feeding Instructions:
Feed 2-3 times daily in amounts consumed within two minutes. Stick directly onto rocks, coral, or aquarium glass (recommended for the lower third). Start small and adjust as needed. Storage: Keep in a cool, dark, dry place below 25°C (77°F). Refrigerate during hot weather.
Easymasstick Frequently Asked Questions
Should I vary my fish’s diet with other products?
It is not necessary. The natural origin and freeze-drying of the ingredients in Easymasstick guarantee an optimal nutritional profile for marine animals. Freeze-drying preserves the vitamins, nutrients and essential bioactive compounds that are present in live food.
How much Easymasstick should I give my fish daily?
The amount varies depending on species, size, age, behavior, etc. A proper amount would be approximately 1-2% of the animal’s weight with respect to its size and age. We generally recommend placing Easymasstick in several areas of the aquarium and observing if it is consumed in the following 30 minutes. You can increase or decrease the amount depending on the amount consumed.
Can Easymasstick be used to feed corals?
Yes, for both LPS corals and azooxanthellate corals. You can provide small portions as food for corals like Cinaryna, Caulastrea, Tubastrea, Dendrophylia, etc., or you can mix it with aquarium water to create a “soup” and spread it on azooxanthellate corals with small polyps like Menella, Guaiagorgia, Minabea, etc.
